Join My Vegetarian Cookery Class! 🌿🥂

 

Looking for a fun, social evening while learning to cook healthy, delicious vegetarian dishes (with vegan & gluten-free options). Join my upcoming nutritionist-approved cookery class!

 

During the workshop, you will:

✅ Prepare & cook a variety of wholesome, flavourful meals

✅ Discover the nutritional benefits of each dish and key ingredients

✅ Take home nutritious food you’ve made

✅ Enjoy a relaxed apéro – choose Prosecco, herbal iced tea, refreshing infused water, tea or coffee

✅ Learn quick pickling techniques and take home your own jar of pickled veggetables

Summer Vegetarian Cookery Class Menu

 

🌿 Vibrant Summer Salad – A colourful mix of seasonal veggies, fresh herbs, gluten free grain of choice, crunchy seeds or crunchy chickpeas with a homemade avocado dressing.

🥢 Vegetable Summer Rolls – Fresh rice paper rolls filled with crisp veggies, herbs, and optional tofu, made with a peanut or sesame miso - ginger dipping sauce.

🥣 Warm Lentil & Roasted Vegetable Salad – A hearty dish with protein-packed lentils, roasted summer vegetables, feta, and a choice of zesty tahini & lemon dressing or pumpkin seed pesto.

🍫 Tofu & Dark Chocolate Mousse – A rich yet healthy dessert made with silken tofu, cacao, topped with fresh berries.

 

A balanced menu with a mix of raw and cooked dishes, plant-based protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Recipes are light yet filling, perfect for a summer evening!
